How can organizations become gender-responsive and transformative? More women does not automatically mean more equality. Analyse success stories and barriers and go deeper by looking at gender as part of an organizational change management strategy rather than a stand-alone item on the agenda.

The ITC-ILO is launching a course on Gender and Organizational Change, 11-15 June, Turin (Deadline to apply: May 4, 2012).
